Absolutely the worst

The staff are nasty and rude. Everytime you call its like your bothering them when its their job. when you call its not logged into computer and when you call back they think your lying. They changed our pin number to open the gate without our consent. Apparently changed everyone's pin code. I wil be removing my stuff from this facility very soon. I am out of state and a storage unit shouldn't be this difficult to deal with every month. I dread having to call every month and make a payment. I can tell you once i remove my stuff I will NEVER use this facility ever again!!
