Very disappointing. Would NOT recommend, Professionalism is very poor, they never resolve issues, Apartments are VERY out-date, on-site maintenance very rude, overall the worst rental I've ever been in.

I and my children reside in one of thier properties in East Orange. Ive lived here for 5 years. The staff are wonderful especially the ladies in the office. They have handled my repair requests and calls in a timely professional manner. I appreciate their hard work being that its just two ladies managing and assisting im sure hundreds of tenants. I commend them. Thank you many times for everything!

I live in one of the better properties they own and they keep the front of the property well maintained. The back of the complex grounds are full of potholes. They are very quick to send out rent invoices but when it comes to repairs, they are brutal! They will rent to anyone regardless of credit, it's all about the money and these Jews only care about getting paid! Go rent from KW, they are the best! Benjamin is reclusive, his female staff except for 1 suck! Don't rent from here!

Back stabbers, money pit, lousy customers service

Terrible service. The owner won't return phone calls or email. They won't fix anything, even health hazards. Going to have to take them to court to get them to fix a sewage leak in the kitchen. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!
