HORRIBLE customer service. I made an appointment with Lawrence for 11am. He was not there and I called him twice and he said he would be there at 1pm. At 1pm I came back and he was not there. I went again to start my taxes. He is NOT knowledgeable about basic forms of income (like AirBnB) and when given my last year taxes which was completed by H&R Block, he called them "fraudulent" and then told me to "get out of his office". His mannerisms are rude and nasty and I wouldn't trust him with ANY paperwork. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
