These bad reviews are unfounded and false. So easy to be mean when your anonymous. I have dealt with these people for ten years. I find them to be honest, reliable and fair. They will work with you when you take a machine over night or over the weekend, they stock everything.

Rented a excavator just before they close Saturday afternoon. After they loaded it up I had the guy check the fuel even though it showed full tank. When he did it was empty and gauge was wrong. Now I had to go to has station and fuel it up on way home. Use machine at home for a hr then the track fell off. Took me the next 3 hrs to get the machine back onto the trailer. Couldn't get track back on. When I showed up there Sunday at 1130 am since they only open at 10 I was told I had to pay 250 for the min since I had it so long. Lady was very rude and not understanding that I couldn't get my work done because of there crappy equipment. I would never treat a customer like them. I will never use them again. I would recommend another rental place. There equipment is over priced and crap. Not maintained at all.

I took my pressure washer to a local repair shop because it had no pressure. They told me that it needed a new pump and would coast almost 800 to fix. When I picked it up the guy in the back told me to take it to Loper's Equipment which I had never heard of but they were only a few towns away I figured it was worth a shot. They repaired the pump for under 200, it works great! They have everything you could possibly need in a store. I found a new spot for all my projects.

I took a mower there to get checked out because the self propel feature broke-this was 2 years ago.They charged me $50.00 diagnostic fee and told me the transmission was broke and not worth the cost of the repair. The mower still worked as a push mower so I kept it as a backup to a new mower I had purchased.About 3 weeks ago,the new mower failed and I went back to using the old one without self propulsion.Out of curiosity, I pulled the wheels off the old mower to see if I could diagnose the problem.Turns out that the transmission was not broken. Both sides of the axle were spinning inside pinion gears.A ratchet key and spring had broken and caused the gear not to spin,therefore no self propulsion.The transmission was fine.It took me a while,but I repaired the mower myself for a little over $20.00 in parts..IT IS MY BELIEF THAT LOPERS NEVER BOTHERED TO LOOK AT MY MOWER, BECAUSE IF THEY HAD THEY WOULD HAVE SEEN THAT THE TRANSMISSION WAS FINE.

Arrogant and rude. terrible a rip off and lazy. If you go there to get a belt for your mower fine. Don't get anything fixed there it will be there for a month or more and they will lay blame on everything and anyone else but there own incompetence. Please don't waste your time with these people there just not nice!
