They are totally inept...they told my boyfriend that he had a job, had to start 3rd shift that night, so he went home to try to force himself to sleep so he could work all night. They called me a few hours later saying that they couldn't get ahold of him, that the position that they had given him had been filled. Another position was open, and he was to go to the place for an interview the next morning. They told ME that the job paid $1 more an hour than the job that they had mistakenly told him he had. He went to the interview, got the job, but it's a very hard job and required 1st shift training. 1st shift doesn't pay as much, it only paid $1.50 an hour less than 3rd shift. But they told him that when he was done training and went to 3rd shift, he would get the higher pay. Well, he didn't. They lied to him. He had to call 3 times before they told him the truth. First they told him that all he needed to do was have the factory fax over information so that they knew he was on 3rd shift. Then I asked if they had received the info, explained the situation, they wrote down some things, said they'd look into it, but since I wasn't the employee, he'd have to call back. He called back on Monday after work and was told, "sorry, that's the way it is," and had no explanation as to why they lied to him in the first place. We are struggling, and not that $1.50 an hour is that much, but every little bit helps. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
