Prices were not of quality in their products. they are jacked up way too high in relevance to what they are selling. do not agree with this aspect.

Hi everyone, i recently had bought a pool from central pool supply, i was reffered to p+h backyard escapes. I had called them after i had recieved their card, they were able to meet with me in 1 hour. I was assured i would be 100% satisfied with the finished product, all i can say is i am 110% satisfied. After they installed the pool they infromed me they built decks and patios. I had a bid for a deck in 1 day they agian started the following day. I love the work that these boys performed, I now have a backyard escape, I LOVE IT! I really want to thank them for my beautiful backyard, They told me to tell people about them, their # is 309-265-8684 I just hope this helps you guysTHX again!

HAD A POOL INSTALLED BY A CHAD RECOMMONDED BY CPS HAD A HAPPY BOTTOM PUT IN THE BOTTOM OF MY POOL HAS CRATERS IN IT THEY WALKED ALL OVER THE SAND NEVER SMOOTHED IT OUT CAN'T VACUUM POOL BECAUSE THE INDENTS ARE SO BAD CPS DON'T CARE NEITHER DOES THIS CHAD CLAIMS YOU CAN'T HAVE A SMOOTH BOTTOM WITH A HAPPY BOTTOM DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WON'T RECITIFY THE PROBLEM

I had a issue with a installation of a pool that was reffered by Central pool supply. I was told that he was the best. I was also told by C.P.S. that i would have no issues with this installer and my pool if he installed it. I was qouted 1000 dollars by C.P.S.. I had CK and sons install my pool. It raised by 200 dollars It took a arm and a leg to get him out here to install it. It also took him three day about 3 hrs a day to install the pool. It was not installed properly (unlevel)(bottom not tampped). I attempted to contact the installers several times a day for 4 days. I contact C.P.S. after no call backs. Well C.P.S. contact CK and sons and they stated that they did not install my pool. I have copy of check were they indeed installed it. I was call a liar from C.P.S. and I contacted CK pools so and finally he came out and stated unlevel drained and still no pool up. I have the upmost integrity and was treated with no respect from both C.P.S. and CK and sons with was refered by C.P.s
