East Prairie High School offers learning opportunities to students in grades 9 through 12. The school conducts classes in English, math, science and social studies. Its curriculum also includes art, music and physical education. East Prairie High School provides various athletic activities, such as volleyball, baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, and track and field tournaments. Additionally, it offers a special education program for students who have physical, emotional, speech and cognitive disabilities that may affect their educational performance. East Prairie High School features a library that houses books, magazines, newspapers, reference materials and periodicals. It also offers the services of a registered nurse during school hours in case of illnesses and emergencies. East Prairie High School is a part of the East Prairie R-2 School District and is located in East Prairie, Mo.
