awful

I would never come here again. If they give you an appointment for 11 they don't call you to for no less than 2 hours later. The doctor is rude and has no bed side manner! Find another doctor.

My Dentist called to try and get me an appointment, because I had a tooth that had to come out. I got an appointment for immediately after leaving my Dentist. Appointment was for 3pm and I was taken at 3pm and was back in the car before 4:30. The procedure went well with no pain or discomfort. The Doctor and the staff were very accommodating and would not hesitate to go back.

I would never go back to this place agian, they are not organized and not only is the doctor rude so are all the girls working for him.. He doesnt wash his hands in between patients. My face is swollen and bruised. I have had wisdom teeth removed before at a different place and had no problems. Next time i would go to Dr John Marshall in Fall River MA

I woke up with a painful tooth. I live in East Providence so i "googled" it.. It was 8:00 am and i got an answering service office would be open @ 8:30. I drove there and followed a secretary in. I was immediately taken for xrays. The staff was the utmost professional running office I have ever encountered. The doctor caring, gentle and all said and done. my tooth extracted and on my way home by 9:30. I HAD NO APPOINTMENT! Then about 2 in the afternoon I got a phone call from their office asking how I was doing. I highly recommend this office. Professional, every person in that office.. I have 12 teeth left and I would trust this office to care for all my other needs of dental surgery.

Like most of us, I don’t like to go to the dentist. I want Novocain if a dentist is going to look in my mouth! My experience was entirely positive. I had no trouble getting an appointment and they took me on time—I never sat down in the waiting room. More importantly, the staff were all polite without being Saccharin! The dentist took his time and was gentle. I would recommend them.

@Sunil1111 - It seems you had a similar experience with a consult. Did you have to pay? Email me. I am at a loss as to what to do about this. I don't want these people to cause trouble with my credit, but there is no way I am going to pay for this. [email protected]

I needed a tooth extracted - and ended up here. I felt like I was in a horror movie. The Dr. ripped out my tooth like they would have done in 1947. You could of heard my scream from a mile away! Didn't even get an ounce of compassion from this quack. How he's allowed to be a dentist is beyond my comprehension.

IBS and Doesn't Wash Hands

This guy is disgusting, rude, and really not worth the trouble. I've seen him twice, and both times I saw him in the restroom afterwards. I think he has irritable bowl syndrome because he was having a vocally loud hard time on the can. Then he just got up and walked out. He didn't wash his hands! I don't care what your reasons are, you wash them. It's not just about you. I'll tell you one thing for sure, this barbaric dentist has no business putting his hands in anyone's mouth.

Great Dentist

I needed emergency surgery on my mouth after a freak accident and Dr. Bakios wasn't anything like what the other 2 posts suggested. He calmed me down as I was very upset and got his assistant to bring me some tissues and a cool rag for my face.

Yes he did have to stick needles in my gums to numb the pain, but he told me I would feel it.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist and having needles stuck in your gums, it's not comfortable for anyone, but he did the best he could to numb my pain quickly.

Because of Dr. Bakios, I still have a pretty smile and he was able to send me home within a few hours.

Avoid at all costs

I agree with the previous reviewer.Dr Bakios has no people skills and is just plain rude. I went for a wisdom tooth related consultation and just asked a few questions when the doctor tells me that he will most like end up breaking the temporary crown on the tooth next to my wisdom tooth.

He also warned me that he would be forced to use general anesthesia on me if I acted too nervous.

I walked out of the office more terrified and disturned than ever.Never went back and would advise people to stay away
