When you buy a BRAND NEW car you expect it to be flawless... at least for a few years.
my new car had less than 10000 miles on it when the issues started I had it less then a year! After 5 visits for the same problem AND my car being at there for all but 4 days in June (with a total of 39 days) I filed a complaint (lemon law) with Nissan North America, Nissan denied a buy back/replacement car. so I went to Hoselton I asked on a FRIDAY if they would buy it back they said OK we will buy it, we will call end of business on Monday with what we will give you, I waited all day Monday. NO call.
it's Wednesday and still no call back from Hoselton. I guess they do not stand behind what they sell. I really don't care if you are the middle man if you want to sell the Nissan at your store you should be willing to stand behind it and back up YOUR customer!
My co-workers, friends and family ( and people they know that need a vehicle) all have heard about my 2 month PLUS run around with this ordeal.

Hoselton Nissan is a great place to purchase a car. Our salesman, Tom Sedor felt like the guy next door. Along with being very knowledgeable, Tom was extremely down to earth. I highly recommend Hoselton Nissan and Tom Sedor. --The place is very pretty and clean too, a nice place to shop for a car.
