the teachers yell alot

My son has been enrolled at Tutor Time full time since September and is 18 months old. Lately I have been coming at odd times to check up on him and I have witnessed alot of yelling from the "teachers". They seem to be very annoyed and do not want to be bothered. This goes against my contract with them and I am thinking of suing.
