First time I view this company and they were so professional and thorough. I have to tell you it beats going to the dealer. If the dealer requires a certain oil during an oil change, then use that. But you can get anyone to change your oil and as long as you don't have a catastrophic failure With your oil pan, then you should be able to cover the expense of the oil change easily. It took 20 minutes to change the oil and I was done and a minimal charge. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Not bad if you are in a pinch and need a quick workup. However i would question where they recieve their tires from. I was given a set of 4 BCT tires (supposedly brand new) about 1 year ago. They are already suffering from dry rot. One tire already shows signs of tread separation. Needless to say this was all discovered while driving long distance up north east. When talking to management, tactfully, i explained the situation that i cant bring the vehicle in for warranty because im in the middle of a transfer to a new duty station. Understanding im sol for warranty, junior tells me that hes paying money out of his pocket and wants me to split the cost of a tire ... $30 ... i entertain it, but theres no follow up. He stated multiple times he'd call me back and never does. Sure, if ur buying tires theyll get back to u asap, but if ur in a situation like mine, dont count on it. The tires they use are cheap and god knows where they come from, yet still cost 400+ for a set of 4 on a small economy car. If u do get tires from them, check the manufacture date on the tire. Better yet, just buy ur own online and have someone mount them at least youll know what ur getting before its mounted. Also, pitstop needs to work on properly mounting directional tires. Inside goes inside, outside goes outside... Read the tires. tread patterns are important cor traction and water dispersion.... PS ... Javier and Junior below own pit stop tire shop. They falsely reviewed they're business by posing as customers.

I've called Pitstop several times, from tires to oil changes and plenty other issues with my car,What ever you need these guys are on it!! And I must say being a busy women the best part is they come to you!! These guys provide quick, great , easy and friendly service, i won't let anyone but them service my car now,i recommend them to everyone I know!! If you haven't delt with them I suggest you do!

what an awesome set up they have i had a flat tire on my nice custom 28 inch rims they stop and asked if i needed help on the side of the road when they open the doors and i seen the set up they have i could not beleive my eyes and where able to fix my custom 28'' tire with out a scratch on my custom painted rims i was really happy with the service and very profesional all in under 45 min now i call them all the time for my normal maitenace oil change ect. highly recomended thank you guys so much go pit stop tire shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a flat tire on the highway and 2small kids with me.. They came to where I was quick, were very organized,polite and had me on my way before I knew it. I recommend them to everyone I talk to!
