I went to purchase a wig from this beauty supply place and the sales associate that was working was an older west Indian lady that was very unprofessional, their was a wig that i wanted to try on before purchasing but because it was a brand new shipment of wigs they did not have a sample wig out yet; she had to call her boss Donna at another shop to get a price because she kept saying too me that she do not want to go through the trouble of opening g the wig package and i would not be able to AFFORD the wig. What an insult to a NYC Officer who can definitely afford several wigs in that shop. This is why our black owned businesses do not last long because theirs no etiquette nor professionalism. Then she’s telling my teenage daughter that when she gets older she should get into the hair business and will see that parents comes into the store and they’re aggravating smh . First of all my child is an honor role student she will not be working in a beauty supply store .

The store hours need to be updated on this site. I went there at 6pm and they were closed (still in the store but doors locked). Otherwise I have had good experiences at this store.
