Mediocre food and poorly managed staff

Went here with my disabled elderly father--he simply wanted a blueberry muffin--it came out half cooked, actually raw batter in the middle! I asked to speak to a manager--he agreed it was undercooked--he went back into the kitchen and replaced the muffin with a completely different type of muffin. I told him this was unacceptable and he shrugged and walked away.
