Morning dispatcher, Mike is rude. I've been using this cab company for years, and I can't even keep track of how many times he has been rude to me or hung up the phone on me. Clearly someone hates their job. One time I reserved a cab the night before for 745 the next morning to catch a bus at the crossings by 8am. You would think there would be a cab by the time I requested since I called it the night before! 805 came and still no cab. So when I called to ask about my cab. The dispatcher Mike went off saying things like "Well it's not my fault that the night manager reserves cabs..." Very unprofessional. And then he hung up on me!
This man clearly shouldn't be working there. A customer should never know the affairs of a company who is supposed to service them! Your customers are the reason why you are in business! Now the reason I gave this 3 stars was because there is a pleasant dispatcher named Mike also. He is the nighttime person! Best customer service skills ever! If there is anything wrong he will go above and beyond to fix it! Thanks for that! Please hire more people like night time Mike. Even your drivers don't like morning Mike!

WARNING! The wait for this cab is very long. The dispatcher is rough and rude to people. THEY NEED TO LEARN TO ESTIMATE WAIT TIME. He said it would be 30 minutes meanwhile it took 4 hours! CALL WAY IN ADVANCE THEY LIE! The cars are creepy so are the drivers. Never again!!

Nastiest snake company. Choose this guy and when you get bit from the venom it's your own fault you don't play with snakes and think your special and will not get bit too. This guy is why this country is going down the toilet. Too bad uber can't knock him out of business he deserves it. Zero stars!

Well tonight my wife waited 30 minutes for a cab to pick her up at the bus stop when she called an hour and a half. While she waited we both tried to call both Pocono Cab Co. and Mountain Cab (same owners) and the phones just would not ring. Looks like East Stroudsberg needs to provide some competition for these incompetent fake business people. When your britches get so big you forget the customers its time for a change.

Mike z is so rude every time i call.If your in the cab he is screaming over the cb and slurring his words.Horrible cab dispatcher and he makes this company look bad.One would think if you are a week night ride to work(money for the company) he would act right.I've been using this company for years and he is always rude and nasty.Maybe this company should start drug testing it's dispatcher.I'm giving you 1 star because i have to in order to post but i won't be using this company any more and i will let family and friends know the same.Mike Z should be fired and sent to rehab in my opinion.He makes this cab company look bad real bad.

I take this cab daily to work back and forth and other destination but I am so fed up of the rudeness of the morning dispatcher I can't believe the owner cannot find a more descent person for the position I have been late for every exam I have at northampton and I always make reservation and I will have to call when the time is long gone and his only answer is in a moment it will be there and all those moments turn into hours it is heart wrenching when people like this have no view about time I work in healthcare and I have to release other nurses but under this dispatcher you are bound to loose your job I have been dealing with this for over a year and I think he couldn't even fit to do less than what you people allow him to do to the public god help him because it gonna sure come back to him
