I’ve been going here over a year. They are extremely professional, the business is very clean and the staff is not only professional but also friendly. I’ve gone to other businesses and have never felt as comfortable as I have here. I can assure you that if you try Pro Nails and Spa you will be just as happy. They are a full service person spa, from doing nails, pedicures, waxing, threading, etc.

Im' 5ft. The tech kept pushing the chair to the end my toes were curled up!!! I kept pushing back some some kept pulling forward. I was trying to explain my knees cant stay bent so straight. The nail tech who was giving me a pedicure did not speak a bit of english. I had long nails if you look closely you can see the indenture from how long. They were. There was no reason to cut my toe nails to the flesh! And ridged at that! This happen last night before they closed!

Terrible pedicure! Water was too hot and they let it overflow! I had to ask the worker to do most of the steps of the pedicure, she was trying to cut corners!

They laughed at me and made fun of me for my size. After talking about me in their language, the worker had the nerve to put his hand on my arm and squeeze it and then laugh at me with the other worker! This place is SO unprofessional. I'm disgusted by their behavior. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

I was a regular customer until today... I brought my mother with a gift card we had purchased her for Christmas. We went for Jelly pedicures and after 3 attempts of it not working, they offered us a parafin pedicure. They severely burned my mothers foot with wax that was scolding hot. After asking them again and again to take the bag of wax off of her foot, they finally did and revealed the burn. The owner came over to talk to us, and insisted that we were wrong and that my mother wasn't burned! After all was said and done they wanted to charge us full price. I paid for my regular pedi (not what I went in for) and refused to pay for my mothers when they burned her and refused to aknowledge it. They did not want to refund me the rest of the money on the gift card when we made them aware we would not be returning. The owners then crumpled up my refund and threw it at me and my mother. This is the worst experienece I have ever had in a nail salon, and would suggest you choose to go elsewhere. Very big dissapointment.
