All the employees come across as being helpful and polite. When you end up renting something from them they become a nightmare. If your just one day late and you called them to let them no they'll start harrassing the people you put down for references. Even though you called and told one of the employees that you would be late making a payment and everything is ok he says they will still call n harrass. This company will put all different expenses on your payment. You think just because the sign says $29.99 a week don't think that's your payment because it'll be a lot more. A lot of people told me not to go through that company and I didn't listen. Now I see why they said that. This company is awful. Especially east stroudsburg store. Its not worth the harrassing. Please trust me. I wish I would have trusted what people were telling me. Go somewhere else to rent something.
