This buffet is the best for Chinese food. It is always fresh, cooked perfectly, consistent quality, great flavors. Never over cooked, never sitting out getting dried out. It is always replenished. I will never eat anywhere else because NOTHING can compare. My most favorite dish is the seafood on scallop shells. They are awesome!
