Not a customer but this company is nuts. A driver (car #5) pulled up and parked in a driving space in a busy mall plaza directly in the way of a wheelchair ramp for 10-15 minutes. Clearly a non-parking spot as he literally parked in a lane of traffic that now cars are dodging in a slush filled (it's the middle of winter after a bad storm) drive lane. When calling his "superior" at home office they said they do not reprimand their drivers and if I have an issue to "just call the cops". Clearly this company has 0% regard for public image if they are okay with drivers breaking laws due to nothing more than complete laziness in refusing to park in an actual parking spot. Shame on them.
