Absolutely terrible experience using this service. I contracted with Birnie Bus to transport guests from Ithaca, NY hotels to and from our daughter's September wedding venue. On the day of the wedding, I received a call mid - afternoon from the dispatcher asking what the plan was for guests. (it was never given to her by the person I contracted with, Kristina). A bit later, our wedding coordinator started getting phone calls from guests saying the shuttle hadn't arrived. We learned later that the bus driver had gotten lost and never did the 1st of 2 runs to get the guests to the venue, therefore cramming everyone into one trip (we paid for 2), forcing some people to drive (therefore defeating the purpose of the shuttle.). Wait....it gets worse...the driver didn't know where he was going. One of our guests saved the day by using Google maps on her phone to get everyone there. As if that wasn't enough, the bus was apparently in terrible condition... drove painfully slow and could barely make it up hills, we were told by many people. I kid you not, all this really happened. Don't use them.
