East Syracuse-Minoa Central High School serves more than 1,000 students in grades 9 through 12. Its educational programs include instruction in science, mathematics, English and social studies. The school also offers computer science, business, music, physical education and art classes. East Syracuse-Minoa Central High School additionally provides special education programs. Its sports activities include cheerleading, golf, soccer, tennis, softball and baseball. The school operates a stage band, student council, and art, video and literary clubs.
