Provided by YP.comWe purchased a high efficiency furnace, AC, humidifier and Merv 6 air filter for our new house, in June 2009.
When the units were installed, the technicians left metal shavings on the floor and pulled out some insulation and never replaced it. It took several phone calls to have the sales rep. come back out to our house. He agreed that this was unacceptable. He took some of the shavings with him and assured us that it would be taken care of... We never heard anything. I called and spoke to a manager, who scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and clean up the mess. They missed the first appointment. He called me to reschedule. When the guy showed up for the second appointment, he asked if we had a broom or vacuum that he could use because he didn't have anything with him! Unreal!
Also, the guy who did the duct cleaning after the furnace was installed made a mess and had to come back to replace a ceiling vent that he had pulled out. The ducts were not adequately cleaned and we have to have someone else come back and do it.
Two days after the furnace/AC was installed, our hot water tank blew. Now, keep in mind, I'm supposed to be moving into this house in 2 days! Falso never returned our call! We called another company (Potter and Perrone) and they came out ASAP and took care of the hot water tank AND cleaned up!
We were told by the Falso rep that we would get assistance in adjusting the ducts/vents - we asked the install techs and the duct cleaning guy, and no one helped us. We still can't get this expensive new furnace to heat the house evenly.
Also, the rebates (for high efficiency HVAC) were mis quoted by the sales rep. Falso did make up the difference, but only after 6 phone calls and a lot of hassles.
Falso made a lot of promises to make the sale, but when all was said and done, we wish that we had given the $8,600 to another company.
