This the worst and most unprofessional Walmart I have EVER has the disappointment to deal with!!! Horrible customer service, advertising, communication, respect, common decency, and professionalism. I am a member of the lical community both business and personal and I am taking BOTH elsewhere!! They were HORRIBLE to myself and MANY others this evening Christmas Eve! False advertising on the store, the web, and personally by employees by phone left me locked out of Walmart 30 MINUTES prior to advertised closing! When I called inside to find out why after I had just called 5 mins before driving in I was told by a supervisor she would check why they were blocking the doors. I called back after a few mins since folks were still locked out and got a different manager whom then scolded me and said she has been announcing inside the store that doora lock at 5:30 to allow customers in the store to get out by 6. I told her I just called and her employee td me they close at 6 so I drove up for what I needed like many others she raised her voice and hung up on me. Many families out in the cold with just the promised expectation of that last 30 mins. For some of us it was our only choice. I may only live 3/4 of a mile from here but I will be moving my business 10 miles away due to the continued horrible service. This was the FINAL straw! Many blessings to all the other families left out in the cold this Christmas Eve by "Walmarts best"!
