I've been bringing my dog to Maguire Kennels for over 10 years now. I've always been very pleased with the service received, the staff rarely changes and I find they know my dog Bailey very well. I started bringing her there as a puppy and she always comes out happy to see me and with her tail wagging. She always pulls me through the door to get into the kennel, she really can't wait!! The staff is pleasant and makes me feel very comfortable which is a must for me leaving my dog somewhere. The prices are competitive for the area. I would highly recommend Maguire Kennels and would never bring my dog anywhere else!

My family and I have been using this place since 1988. My cats had been there twice before. They were honest and professional - BUT NOT ANYMORE. I had a special pricing with the kennel and I made darn sure that this was still the case with the young employee before dropping off my cats. She agreed that this was true.



When I went to pick them up a week, the owner said that there was NEVER ANY SPECIAL PRICING (past credit card statements show that this is simply untrue) and that this employee NEVER AGREED TO THIS. So I had to pay over $100 to get my cats back.



One of my cats was healthy, but the other was not so luckily. He had lost 2 pounds, had matted and unhealthy looking fur (which I found out later he was pulling at), had a few black small insects living his ears, and was shaking a lot. When I contacted the owner about this, she simply said that "the cat received the best care possible".



Now, I have to go to the vet to make sure that this cat is only received "the best care" and nothing else :(



MOST EXPENSIVE KENNEL IN THE AREA - for the worst service :(

I feel bad for my wallet and my cats...
