Had them tow my vehicle from my home in Lyman to my service center in Biddeford as my vehicle needed service for ignition problem and would not start. When my mechanic went to repair the vehicle they discovered damage to front end with both front tie rods had been sheered off. My mechanic and insurance adjuster confirmed that this damage was caused by the towing. Damages were $445.00. Because of my deductable my insurance could not reenburse me and I am out this money. This business has refused to take responsibility for the damage after several attempts. I have run out of options in holding them responsible short of taking them to court. This is not a reputable business. Stay away!
