Kinda' similar exp for me as well. I wanted to add a line to my shared plan, but wanted to find more on details on the go phone plans and this guy (with the beard was impatient) and out-rightly said that he cannot help. I walked out and gave business to some other store.

As soon as I entered in the store, one Display Sign appealed to me I went was close to that and was looking it very interestingly. On manager (Steve's) instruction Salesman approached me, and start shouting, whereas I did not pick up, move/remove or hold the display. I wonder If Manager is like that, what you can expect from his subordinates. I planned to buy iPhone which I didn't buy. I went again to ask Manager's name. I told them that I am placing a complaint against your Store, the answer was "we don't care"

I WONDER HOW LONG THEY CAN SURVIVE AND CARRY ON WITH SUCH A BEHAVIOR.
