He completed his residency in neurology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Shukla received fellowship training in neurophysiology also at the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Shukla is board certified in neurology, vascular neurology, clinical neurophysiology, and electrodiagnostic medicine.
