I recently dealt with eastborough police. He was very helpful. Polite. Presentable. Professional. He did his job to serve the community. I had car problems on Kellogg and eastborough was the closest place I could pull in. I had been taking my ill mother to a doctor appointment. I had roadside assist and had filed a report. My sister was on the way to get our mother. ETA on tow truck within 2 hours. The officer said he would be back around to check on me. I was very grateful. There was no place safer to be. Of course if you enter eastborough follow their traffic rules. Same for everybody just like in Wichita. Choice, our parents always insisted on us going around to get to the mall. So we always have. We are Wichita natives and known about their police reputation our whole driving lives. When I was 24 it was a real pain. Now that I am 64 I really appreciate them. They have the same reputation they have always had. I I'm always shown respect to any police person. They have always shown me respect, in return.
