It is really too bad I had this last experience since she did our hair for my daughter's wedding last summer and did a good job. Based on that experience, my daughter called her to ask how much she would charge for a cut. She quoted $30 and up. My daughter said all she needed was a trim and was told it would be $30. Based on that price my daughter made an appt. When the haircut was over, not only did she have to redo the trim because the cut wasn't straight, but she asked for $45. She didn't wash the hair and when she asked my daughter if she wanted a blow dry she didn't tell her it would cost her more. Regardless, when faced with an unhappy customer, she made NO attempt to appease the situation at all. She made us go out to an ATM in the pouring rain to get the extra money. Bad customer service.
