Provided by YP.comI had Hampton Flooring install tile in my Bathroom and Kitchen. The kitchen was tough because half was over a basement and the other half over a crawl space, making the floor very uneven. They were still able to do an excellent job installing the tile. The bathroom came out great. I love the fully tiled shower stall.

Provided by YP.comWe had Hampton Flooring Center install tile and hardwood in our new home. We had excellent contractors build our home until we made the huge mistake of walking into Hampton Flooring Center in Southampton MA and meeting the owner. Their work was so bad they brought down the value of our home. Things started out ok with a bathroom floor that was installed. However, the place was extremely unorganized to deal with. They wouldn't call you back or just showed up unannounced. Next they did a big room of hardwood. At first the floor looked ok. However, you could definitely see some area of the floor where things just didn't look right, but we let that slide because it initially didn't look that bad. Then they did our kitchen floor. What a mess they made! Tiles weren't square and were installed uneven. The worse thing is they hacked the heck out of our door casings and a cabinet panel. Their fix was to smoosh grout and filler into all the damaged areas and it looked horrible. We got rid of them after that and counted our blessing that we didn't have them finish the home. Just when we thought we had seen all their bad work we found major issues with the hardwood floor they had installed. Over time the cheap in-house wood they used developed gaps between every board. I had a real hardwood installer look at the floor and he said the gapping was caused by them not laying the floor pieces correctly. Small pieces were grouped together and they did not overlap them properly. It was the worse he had ever seen in 49 years! They also never let the wood acclimate to the home. Wood came off the truck and was nailed to the floor by an inexperienced unsupervised crew. So when the moisture left gaps developed.
Don't buy anything from them or hire them to install anything! This company needs to learn that lies, rush jobs and just not caring about their work will catch up to them. It will be a happy day for me when they go out of business.
I would love to sue them, but they are not worth my time and the aggravation they would cause. I’m tired of hearing lies and excuses from the owner Chris.
