NEARI, also known as The New England Adolescent Research Institute (NEARI), is a nonprofit agency that was incorporated in 1985. It offers a variety of educational and treatment services to at-risk children and youths. The agency operates NEARI Day School, which is a Massachusetts-licensed special education day school for children and youths with neurological, emotional and learning disabilities. It serves students between the ages of 8 and 22 in elementary, middle and high schools. The agency s NEARI Jump-start is an after-school prevention program for at-risk youths.
