Not a good experience

I don't usually complain but this one really bothered me. I brought my TV to their shop for a diagnostic. They called and informed me that it was going to cost another $485.00 above the diagnostic fee to actually repair the TV. This in itself is bad enough but OK. At this point I know it is cheaper to buy a new TV than to have this one repaired. I made arrangements to pick up my TV and find out the whole story. I went to pick it up and there was a note on the TV that the owner pull off as soon as I went in. When I asked for a list of the bad parts he would not give it to me. When I told him that is what I paid for. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn’t do that, telling me that if I was going to fix it myself or wanted some one else to fix the TV they would have to do their own troubleshooting. He would not tell me the parts that were bad on the TV. So basically I paid for nothing. So I would say he was probably inflating the price trying to get rich off of me. Not a good experience!



Just an FYI “Clear View TV” and “Rene’s” is one in the same they just cover two different area’s
