I was not at all happy with the Job Elite did for me. They charged for a full day of labor, despite showing up late in the morning, and their final charge was approximately double their original quote. The original quote was for materials and labor, and was estimated at $500-$600, in the quote they forgot to mention that they would also be charging me another $300 for equipment (backhoe and trailer). While these are potentially legitimate charges, it was still a big surprise to have them show up on the bill when there had been no mention of them in the estimate.

Paying a more than expected might not have been so bad if they had done a really outstanding job, but they also left my yard in a big mess. They trenched across the yard, which was an expected part of the job, but then they failed to perform any kind of final grade and basically left a giant heap of dirt, 12" high in some places, going across my yard. It took me about 4 hours with a shovel and rake to get it back where I will ever have any prayer of being able to mow it once the dirt settles in and the grass grows back.
