The neighborhood was quiet, safe and convenient to shopping. The layout of the apartment was good for two people. As long as you don't mind moving into absolute filth, you will be fine. Do not trust that one thing in the apartment has been inspected or cleaned before you move in. Take pictures of every last speck of dirt, stain on the carpet and mark on the wall (and trust me, there will be plenty) on move in date,
