Had a problem with our refrigerator in the summer! and they were able to send someone the day after we called. The technician was professional and explained very clearly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. The company also offers a warranty on the service. Definitely recommend.

If you are looking for rude, untrustworthy, and unprofessional people to service your appliances, look no further. Otherwise, contact someone else.

I will NEVER use this specific service again for any appliance repair. I found both their honesty and integrity greatly lacking. I was told one thing over the phone and upon their service call, experienced something completely different. And I was charged an arm and a leg for this experience. The diagnostic evaluation that was provided was, as it turns out, NOT CORRECT at all. When I inquired with the manager after my experience, I was treated rudely. In fact, my situation was completely misrepresented and the ultimate service experience was NOT GOOD AT ALL. This "shop" has a good name which is partially why I reached out, but I regret to say that it ends there. I feel completely misled. I have since checked and have found a handful of other reputable appliance repair providers that I would recommend far in advance of these guys.

Service man just left. Services was scheduled during a snow storm and our phone was out. Service man was persistent and finally got thru to us.Very personable. Quick diagnosis and repair. Work was under warranty so I can't evaluate costs. Would use their services again.

2nd time I've used them. Very satified both times. Repairmen were very polite and explained the problems so that I could understand. If need be, will use the company again. Definitely will recomment them to others.

Excellent service. Fair pricing. Knowlegeble technician. Personable interaction. Same experience on two separate service call for tow different appliances. Would highly recommend this company. A Bethlehem resident.

BUYER BEWARE! What they tell you on the first service call after its paid is all lies. They overcharge you on parts up to 200%. I recommend getting a more honest and reputable company to do business with than this outfit.
