Former employee for this company. Don't know about the motorcoach side of the business but the busses to transport elderly and people with disabilities was a nightmare to drive for. People they have working for them have not a clue as to how to make a schedule. Drivers are always running late because of scheduling. But yet the drivers get reprimanded for running late and not the schedulers. If you are related to someone in the business your job is pretty much secure. All in all night a nice company to work for. No pay increase only 10 cents . Treat MOST drivers like garbage, buses are dirty and worn out seats with holes and metal bars sticking out, lifts that don't work . Big turn around business , always hiring because they can't keep anyone . Long hours. No breaks .10 to 12 hrs days with barely time to use the restroom.

I have nothing but praise for Easton Coach Company. I was recently a passenger onboard one of their gorgeous luxury coaches for a friend's wedding and was impressed by the professional, friendly service from the driver, Etta, and the cleanliness and modern style of the motorcoach. The shuttle service provided from the hotel to the ceremony, the ceremony to the reception, and the reception back to the hotel was timely and safe. The interior of the bus was spotless upon every leg of the journey and provided a quiet, comfortable ride. I would recommend this company to all of my friends, whether they were looking for transportation for their child's school trip or shuttle service for a wedding or a shopping trip to NYC. Five stars!

Horrible experience with this company. We used Easton Coach for a three day school trip. We were picked up by a beautiful bus inside of which everything was clean and working well. We got comfortable and set out for Washington DC. The driver was wonderful. He was not the problem and all of the events that unfolded were not his doing. They were the sole responsibility of the company itself. While enjoying our tour of the city, our bus full of 40 odd adults and children were abruptly told that we needed to exit the bus and board a new bus. We pulled over within minutes and were hustled out with no explanation and hurriedly gathered our belongings. We were lead to believe that it was an emergency and something was wrong with the bus, although nothing appeared to be amiss. We were asked to board another bus, of obvious lesser quality. We were surprised to find that there were things belonging to other people on this "new" bus. We were asked to move these belongings to our former bus. The occupants of this bus came along and seemed unsurprised to find their things being moved and happily boarded our former bus. We were then told conflicting stories that this group requested a new bus because of a broken PA system on the bus we now occupied, but we used the PA system and it worked well. Other things, unfortunately, were quite substandard. The bus was filthy and lacked the upgrades on the first bus, like seat pockets and wider seat backs. Foot and arm rests were broken. Things were old and worn. The bathroom door was broken and students had to block the door if anyone had to use the facilities. A student's leg was badly cut on a protruding piece of metal on his seat. It was a disgusting bus. The list goes on... The bottom line here was this group of people had demanded a new, better bus and we were forced to give up our bus to them. The company threatened our driver's job and forced him to lie to us and make us switch buses. Honest truth. We were then stuck with the horrible bus for the remainder of our trip. Disgusting. Then, on our way home, a 6 hour trip, mind you ... the driver was required by the company to make AN HOUR DETOUR to their offices so that another driver could finish the last leg of our drive and he could be sent on a new trip. Our children were tired and hungry and late to get home.. and most were afraid to even get up to use the bathroom for fear of being either locked in, or exposed. Awful. Completely unacceptable, contemptible, unprofessional service like I have never seen!! Total lack of integrity. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
