I read the reviews below and my experience was totally opposite. The gentleman I had was at first gruff on the phone so I was concerned, but in person let me tell you he was so nice!!!! He was a perfect gentleman, polite and we had a great conversation from Easton to Allentown. Taxis are expensive people. Get used to it. Just because of that also means you do not deny them their tip. Same goes for servers. We all work hard in this life. The person I had I feel bad because I can't remember his name but he was a Fireman helping a friend out by driving that night. He was awesome is all I can say!

asked for a rate from Macungie to Easton and the person on the phone kept saying "I can't do that, I can't do that".. I told him I was going to Easton where he is based out of and he said No... hmm aren't you a TAXI company???

My daughter went out the night before Thanksgiving. She was a couple miles from home. When she called at 1:30 am for a taxi for her and a friend she was told there would be a $15 fee and the meter. So, it would've cost her about $25 to go a couple of miles. I think it's disgusting that the owner would put any kind of extra fee on one of their busiest nights!!!! So people that are trying to do the right thing by drinking and NOT driving are being punished by Easton Taxi! Is this even legal to add an extra fee?

The rudest people I have ever encountered more than one person has mentioned this. I did not take the taxi for a year rather walk or take bus then put up with such rudeness. Hopefully somelse starst a cab service in Easton Pa.
