I received my training and certification in 2007 from The Health Options Institute, a Pennsylvania State Licensed Massage School, located in Bethlehem Township. I have been practicing massage independently since 2007. I worked at a neuromuscular institute where some of my clients were competitive athletes, senior citizens, accident victims, and arthritis sufferers.

I received specialty training in Cancer Massage as well as Mastectomy Massage from both Health Options Institute and New Jersey Massage School. I took part in intensive course work and studied under a pioneer in the field of Cancer Massage, Cheryl Chapman RN, HNC, NCTMB, who has worked as an Oncology Nurse, Holistic Nurse Practitioner and Massage Therapist.

Currently, my practice has relocated to the Hay Terrace Office Center at 1901 Hay Terrace in Easton. My clients seek treatment for conditions including but not limited to: stress, depression, insomnia, headaches, arthritis, muscle stiffness and tension, fibromyalgia and autoimmune conditions. Many clients also seek massage treatments for pure relaxation and a sense of well being. Because of my specialty training, I see clients who are in any stage of their cancer diagnosis, treatment or recovery. I perform Mastectomy Massage for women who are about to undergo surgery or completed surgery for breast cancer.

My practice philosophy is that of full mind-body integration. I believe that health and well-being is an intricate balance between the mind and body and that massage therapy promotes and enables such a balance. Stress, anxiety and tension create a susceptibility to illness and injury. Massage therapy addresses all of these conditions and helps the body achieve a state of balance and health.
