The worst dental experience I've ever had. Do not even think of using this dentist. First off, my initial visit with this so called dentist was very unprofessional, and actually asked me if I have ever brushed my teeth! Is this guy for real? So they set me up for my next appt., weeks later for 3 pm, and I get the typical computer generated for your future scheduled appt., and reminders up until the day of my scheduled appt. I was there 10 min. early, checked in, they said I can have a seat. A man walks in, tells the receptionist he needs a tooth pulled, and within minutes, they take him back! I turned to the person next to me, and he said he had an appt. at 2 p.m., which he has been waiting for an hour and a half. There was no way I was going to waste my whole afternoon for a SCHEDULED appt. I went up to the counter, and I had to ask her if they were behind! Of course she said yes, and after complaining to her about what just happened, she asked, "Reschedule?" And I said, "Cancel".
