Unbelievably rude and unprofessional doesn’t value appointment and time.. did not honor original appointment that was supposedly available and rescheduled for two hours later. I got there on time and he wasn’t there and made me wait ten minutes to arrive. Did not want to go through with grooming my dog because I bought Groupon deal and he said he only made “ten dollars” off it. Never mentioned needing full medical records-I had trouble downloading online so I went out to car to make call and get records when I went back in he had disappeared. was really upset with how I had been treated so I left and got refund. I had some financial misfortune the past few months and was not able to afford my normal grooming for my beloved pup so I was excited to give the 29 dollar Groupon deal a try. Still can’t believe my treatment .

We took our bull mastiff there to board and the older man there (owner) is super nice and friendly. Prices are reasonable if you want to board your animals there! Will be back there again soon!

I have been taking my 2 Sheppard here for a few years. I would trust them with anyone else. They go above and beyond. I have to board my dogs for a month and they take excellent care of them. They are not in a cage all day, they have a nice play area. Being that I have to board them for a Month every year and looked at a lot of place. I am so glad I found mountain view kennels
