So for christmas I got a pair of slippers from walmart. Now I'm very patient and understanding of customer service workers as I myself work at the customer service desk at a retail store. Anyways, I went to take these slippers back and obviously the tag was removed, but I had the receipt. Now I had called ahead of time and got a really sweet woman on the phone and she was very helpful and explained to me that since I didn't have the tag on the slippers I would have to go out and find the same slippers in the store and bring them to the service desk. So I did. Unfortunately for me, the girl that had answered the phone was not at the service desk when I got there and the girl behind the counter had a serious attitude problem. I never want to be "that" customer being as I do the same thing, but I literally had to get a manager up there. Unbelievable. So if you get a sweet customer service person on the phone and plan on heading into the store, be sure that they're going to be at the desk when you get there.

I love this store. It's clean and you really can do one stop shopping since they have groceries and allof the ther stuff Walmart usually carries!!!
