My mother recently was placed in this facility and was only there about a week and a few days. She was sent out by staff to the hospital for treatment. The family paid cash for our loved one to be in this facility through the end of August. Something went terribly wrong with Administration staff during this situation while waiting for the hospital to release my mother back to this facility, her room was given away. This facility had three family contact numbers to notify us of this change, and it did not occur. I actually came down to visit my mother Sunday, after traveling three hours and was told she should be back in this facility and when I got there she was not. That's when I was told they have given away her bed. The hospital was going to release her Saturday, but there was no place to go. So here we sit in limbo with worry were out Mother will be sent next, with great concern about the welfare of her mental health and physical health and when she is move yet again back to a different facility, the worry about her trying to adjust to yet new surroundings. This is totally unacceptable and poor judgement on the administrative staff of this facility. Needless to say I am not happy with the lack of contact that should have occured to us and most of all for the distress this will continue to cause my mother. The "i'm sorry and here's your money back" just isn't good enough.

This facility is a great facility. They care about their loved ones in the facility. You can tell that they are so compassionate with loving with their residents. It smells wonderful when you walk in there. No smell of a nursing home. The staff is so warm and welcoming when you are in the facility. I would send any family member here. I was fortuanate to have a family friend living there. They do all sorts of things with the residents. The administrative staff are so nice. I have never had any sort of problems while the loved one i know was there. The great thing about this place is they have a ALZ. unit and a therapy company in their facility.
