I wish giving a 0 was possible. I took my car to Auto Masters for the first time on July 2, 2019 just to have my sensor replaced, I ended up back there on July 19 unexpectedly when my Alternator all of sudden stopped working, then again on July 23 when my cooling fan unexpectedly stopped working , then again on July 29, then August 24th. Every time I took it here something else broke on it, but I am not the only customer who has said this! STAY AWAY!!!!!

The worst service ever! I came in because my brakes were mildly squeaking, they told me I needed brakes and rotors. I get the recommended work done and my brakes starts squeaking 10X worse than what they were before I was even services so I take it back two weeks later. After that visit not only were they still squeaking, they were grinding as well. I called and called and called, can never get in contact with a manager. When I had to bring the car back A THIRD TIME, I received no prioritization or apologies for any inconveniences. In fact, they told me "it'll be a couple hours before they get to look at it" despite me being there when it first opened and me ONLY bringing it in again and again because they just couldn't do it right the first time. I will never give them another dime of my money and you shouldn't either.
