Just called on the phone from a finance company and the lady I spoke with was very rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional

This place is horrible, unprofessional, rude, and show no type of customer service. I was lied to and it cost me hundred of dollars. They advised me that my car would be delivered within the hour to a residence just over a mile away and they didn't show up for over 4 hours. They also don't provide any info that states they close for lunch until you arrive and see the handwritten sign on the door "closed for lunch until 2:30". I had to also wait 45 minutes for them to open.

Driver was extremely rude I was extremely appalled by how he reacted to me
