GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF PLUS THEY KNOW WAT THEY TALKIN BOUT

Brought my iPhone 5 in with a broken screen last week. Not only did they fix it while I waited (Only took about 30 minutes) but they did an awesome job and my baby is like brand new again! The people there were really friendly and acted like they cared. There was a sense of urgency to fix my phone asap!



Also the price was great! I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!

I brought my laptop in to Metro because it was running verrrry slow. The people there were very friendly and knowledgeable! They explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how they would go about fixing it. This made me feel very comfortable because even the parts i didn't understand the tech happily explained to me. They made me feel like more than "just another customer".



Picked my laptop up two days later and it's running like brand new again! Also I didn't lose any of my files which always seems to happen when I used to go elsewhere!

i cracked my IPhone and i went to Metro Computer and Games to get it fixed, the prices were so low and my IPhone screen is like new.

I had a dead mac book pro that was just out of warranty which overheated. Stupid me for not getting apple care. All places i tried quoted me over 700 to replace the brain board. When i called the techs here told me its a very comnon issue with enVidia chip that gets too hot and desolders from the brain board and they can resolder it using the special machine they use to fix exboxes and playrtations for 139! Sounded too good to be true so i googled macbook reflow and lonmg behold, it is a real process, but the equipment needed to do it is rare to find and most computer shops dont have it. Worst thing i had to pay is a 25 dollar diagnostic fee so i gave it a shot. Happy to report my baby is back to life, and I didn't even lose a thing. Lesson learned - GET APPLE CARE and VACCUUM OUT YOUR LAPTOP COOLING PORTS ON MONTHLY BASIS AS SUGGESTED BY JAKE.

The people here a very friendly, and honest. They took me in the tech room and showed me exactly what was wrong with my computer. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my baby..

About three weeks ago my computer and modem crashed after a storm and I was at wits end because I was sure all my data was lost. I took my computer to Metro Computer and Mr. Andy serviced my computer. He was fantastic. He was professional and recovered all of my data and was more than fair with the price. He could have easily took advantage of me but he was great. In fact, a God send. It is a wonderful thing to treated fairly and now my computer is working better than it has ever worked. I am so happy with the service and want to encourage you to take a leap of faith and believe you you will be more than satisfied with their company.
