Does not honor their own warranty. Nut came off shaft, pulley and fan damaged shaft due to free play. They mailed me a nut to fix it myself, nut didn't fit. I tried a different nut and it didn't work so I shipped it back to them for them to tell me I need to pay them $100 to fix it because I damaged it. They are claiming the case is cracked and other stuff that wasn't there when I shipped it. Took them 2 weeks and me calling them multiple times for them to give me an answer. Says I need to pay or they will throw it away. Do not use this company, no wonder they have such horrible ratings.
