I went to put in a few items, one of my jackets were completely destroyed. I was already second guessing putting in an item. She insisted that I put it in, she then told me that these particular item never messes up. She even went on to ask her coworker does it ever mess up. They both lied to me and told me that my jacket would be fine and that it would not for a fact get ruined. I picked up my items today and had to throw away my jacket. I’m so disappointed that I let them trick me into spending money and being left with nothing.

I will never go back they ruined my sheets and clothes. I asked to see the manager but he was out. They left a note for him and said he would call me the next day. I've called there for over a week and a half and never heard back from him yet. I'm a disabled vet and he knows it he could at least tried to get the crap out of my clothes. They are cleaners as well. They just don't care about the customer

AWESOME place to come drop of your dry cleaning or use the laundry there. very clean!

Large facility with plenty of machines to use. Conveniently located and later hours make it really easy to drop off and pick up your clothes.

Parking is super easy and they have good vending machines for snacks/soap/ drinks etc.

I will definitely be coming here now for my laundry/ dry cleaning needs.

My husband and I have been coming here for over two years now. I can't imagine taking my dry cleaning anywhere else. They do an amazing job and the customer service is phenomenal.

REALLY great place to wash/ dry clean your clothes. Plenty of machines to choose from and good vending machines for snacks and drinks.

Open late and open weekends so I can pick up my dry cleaning after work which is super convenient with kids/working full time.

Plenty of parking and very CLEAN inside.
Location is super convenient and easy to turn into from either direction on Gratiot. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Your company should Update your website. Take yourself off 24 hour laundromat site if not open 24 hrs. Thank you

They over pressed my suit leaving deep wrinkles in the suit on both the pants and the back of the jacket. Unfortunately I did not discover this until one hour before a job interview and had to wear the suit for about an hour. I brought the suit in immediately after the interview but the manager denied all responsibility because the suit had been worn. I pointed out ironed in creases in the front of the pants that were clearly from an iron and not from sitting. The manager refused to make any adjustment and stated she was the only person I could talk with. Now I remember why I stopped using this dry cleaner years ago. The only reason I went to Proclean was because I was unable to make it to my usual dry cleaner before they closed. I would recommend Henry’s on Harper. It might take an extra day but, it will be done right.

I have used both their laundry facilities and the dry cleaning services, and am impressed with both. The place is always clean and is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful and really willing to help.
