DON'T RENT FROM THEM OR ANY OF THE LEWIS PROPERTIES. THE LEWIS OPERATING CORPORATION ARE A BILLION DOLLER CORP. WHO UNDER PAYS AND TREATS THEIR EMPLOYEE'S LIKE CRAP AND IN RETURN THEY PASS PASS IT ON TO THEIR RESIDENTS. I LIVED IN THE HOMECOMING FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND PAYED MY RENT EARLY EACH MONTH THEN I LOST MY JOB AND HAD TO BREAK MY LEASE BY TWO MONTHS. NOT ONLY ARE THEY UNSYMPATHETIC ABOUT ANY HARDSHIP YOU MAY SUFFER THEY ALSO WILL CHARGE YOU AN ADDITIONAL MONTHS RENT FOR BREAKING YOUR LEASE. I ALSO CLEANED MY APARTMENT AND FILLED AND PAINTED ALL NAIL HOLES AND THEY STILL WANT TO CHARGE ME FOR PAINTING AND CLEANING ON TOP OF THE ADDITIONAL MONTHS RENT. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT HARDSHIP MAY HAPPEN TO YOU SO STAY AWAY FROM APARTMENTS THAT ARE RUN BY ANY CORPORATION.
