No Answer at Cameo

I am guessing that Cameo has gone out of business. I placed an order in Aug and received about half the order. Like others, I have tried to call, no one answers. Sent email and no replies back from them. I have placed other orders with them in the past and have always received the full order with no problems. My advise to anyone reading this review.....DO NOT ORDER FROM CAMEO!!!

Are they still in business?

I have ordered from Cameo before, and have always gotten my order on time and as promised. Now I placed an order in June, and only received half of my order. As one of the other ladies, I have sent numerous e-mails since I didn't have a phone number until now, and have gotten no response. I dialed the above number, and it rings for about 10 -15 times, then beeps two times and then disconnects. Just kind of wondering if they are now out of business and am I out the rest of my order?

Worst internet buying experience EVER!

I placed an order on the 7th of August. The website stated that if you don't receive your order within 10 days to contact them. On the 17th, I contacted them. It's the 20th and I haven't heard a word back. I've e-mailed them twice informing them that my husband is in the military and is currently deployed, at the end of this month we get to see him for 18 days. It doesn't look like I'll have my $100 worth of lingerie in time for his R&R.



As of today, almost two weeks later, my order is "Pending Fulfillment" on their website.



On the website there is no contact number. I've searched all over the internet and the numbers I find have been disconnected. I feel like I've been robbed of $100.



DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Very Unhappy

I placed an order a week ago from today. I chose "Next Day" as my delivery option. To date, I've not received my order. I also have sent four e-mails to their customer service department. None of which have been responded to. I even left a phone number to contact me. I've not received a phone call to date. I called the number listed in the yellow pages. It rang till the automated voice came on and said, "Your party is not answering, please hang up and try your call again later!" I also had a friend e-mail me a link of others who have had problems with this company. Here is a link to go to before ordering anything from this company. They need to be avoided at all costs as they do not know how to give customer service. You will be wasting your time and money doing business with this company.

Here is a link to find other unsatisfied customers. This will prove that I'm not just one person who has had a bad experience.

I received my package today, 24 June 2008. I ordered it next day delivery on 13 June 2008. The package was dated 20 June 2008 as the delivery date.
