DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY I had an appointment with Crowell Plumbing to do a septic cleaning for a home purchase. They call the morning of my appointment to tell me they wont be there because their receptionist don't know what the heck she is doing. Any good review on this company had to come from friend or family.

I would highly recommend using Crowell Plumbing. I called them to drain out my septic aeration system. I received a prompt response. Doug and his coworker were able to correct the problem and additionally solve some other issues like growing tree roots within. Do call them for service you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much.

The other day we had a pressure line break in the crawl space. Seems the pressure tank fell over and broke a 2ft. section of PVC pipe. We called and left a message with Crowell Plumbing but they weren't available. So we called another plumber who promised to be here no later than 11:00pm. They never showed. After wrestling the tank back up ourselves(Our backs still haven't forgiven us) I repaired the pipe myself saving myself a coupl hundred dollars. Doug called the following morning to appoligize for not getting back with us that night. I explaned that I repared the pipe myself and asked if he'd come out to inspect my work. He said he had time the following morning.

Lo and behold , when I turned the water back on our aged water heater decided to rupture , flooding the crawl space. I called them back and Doug sent Bryan and an assistant out with a new water heater and had it installed and looked at my handy work on the pressure supply pipe with in an hour after arriving. (He said I did fine , by the way.)

Crowell Plumbing, by the way, was the only plumber that would come drain our septic tank a couple years ago.



I highly recommend Crowell Plumbing, and will only be calling THEM next time.(As old as our house is, there's sure to be a next time)
