I paid $70 for a hair color, my color didn't take on my ends and was streaky on top. The owner was 10min late to my appointment, didn't pick up the right color she had ordered a week prior to my appointment, and then took a walk in client before she even started my appointment! I went back in to have the owner fix it, she tried charging me again, after I was told prior that to fix my color it would be free. So she got upset and refused to blow dry or style my hair after the color said she wanted to get to her other appointment early. The customer service is horrible, I was the only african American customer there both times so I'm not sure if it was because of my ethnicity or not but I will never go there again. My mother cancelled her tanning membership because of the service the owner gave me. Will never go back!

I felt like I needed a change so I called my hair salon that I usually go to and they couldn't get me in for 5 days. I called CW Salon and they set up an appointment that same day. I was so excited and a little nervous because I was getting highlights and I haven't done that in a long long time. Marla was my stylist and she was wonderful. I had such an amazing experience. When I first walked in they asked me if I wanted coffee or water. I really felt comfortable. This is my new hair salon. They treated me like a good friend. I recommend CW Salon to everyone weather you are young or old, boy or girl. This place is the place to go if you need to make a change. The atmosphere is awesome. This place is awesome.
